BRAND NEW ROLE

Your new role
This is a brand new role, supporting the HR Director and the Regional Managers. With this being a brand new role - as the business is growing, changing and evolving - therefore needs a passionate and energetic HR/People Partner to help with the growth plans and new site openings.
A key part to this role is to support & facilitate the strategic people vision - to strive to be 'the UK's best for talent and training' - across the regional area teams, supporting the store structures. You will be the Influencer of site-level talent across the regional area teams, supporting Management to drive the delivery of excellent training and influencing them to strive for consistent & best in class standards.


You will be involved in all areas of generalist HR work such as ER/HR advisory, HR reporting, Line Manager and Regional Manager coaching/training.
Also recruitment - planning the new site openings, staffing plans and assisting the Talent Team with the selection, inducting and training of staff - aswell as training the Management Teams in recruitment, selection and " training best practice". Then future Talent Mapping for internal development of existing and new team members.
You will also be involved in projects around training review and improvements, your region's structure reviews and changes, engaging staff/management in reviewed/new processes, HR policy and procedural improvements, Engagement, Health and Well Being and Succession Planning.


What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in Generalist HR work aswell as projects.
More important is your passion, drive and energy for making Best Practice and Improvement at the heart of the HR team/department - to truly enhance the business growth and performance.
Ideally CIPD L5 as a minimum - or working towards

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available - although you do need to travel to various city centre sites across the North of England - you can manage your diary to do some home working - dependant on business and personal requirements.

Salary is dependant on experience and qualifications -
More than average holiday days - 25 plus the Bank holidays
