Payroll Specialist £50k to £57k + Bonus & Benefits - City of London
Oakleaf Partnership have been exclusively instructed to recruit a Payroll Specialist on behalf of a leading Professional Services firm located in London. This role reports into the EMEA Head of Payroll and work's alongside another individual in the London office.
- This firm is offering a hybrid working pattern and can be flexible.
The role:
- Preparing and processing the Payrolls for UK, Germany, France, and Middle East in an efficient way.
- Keeping up to date with UK and international Payroll related issues, Tax rules and legislation's.
- Working closely with the HR team across the UK and Internationally.
- Process salary increases.
- Conducting consistent audits of the payroll.
- Working closely with the accounting team to audit cash, payroll balance sheets and YTD earnings.
- Payroll reporting.
- Training employees on self service online access (submitting time off and viewing payslips).
- Supporting internal and external audits.
KEY SKILLS
- 3-5 years + solid UK Payroll exposure
- Have worked in or currently working within a Professional/ financial services environment
- Exposure to International Payroll is a bonus
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Workday and TMF would be an advantage.
