As the HR Business Partner you will be looking at all HR functions withing the business planning and implementing strategy.

Description
- Implement the site's HR strategy and agenda
- Ensure the delivery of a proactive HR Business Partnering service
- Work effectively with line managers and senior management teams
- Coach and guide line managers on all aspects of HR
- Case management of ER issues, including absence and performance matters
- Support on the delivery of HR processes, including recruitment
Profile
The successful HR Business Partner:
- Experience working withing the Manufacturing sector
- Experience working on HR projects
- A confident HR Generalist with experience in a standalone role
Job Offer
- Daily rate £200-£260
