Fantastic role, for a prestigious boutique Investment Manager. This is a pure generalist opportunity, reporting directly into a Head of HR in an organisation with a fantastic office location in Mayfair. The HR function will be a team of 3, so the successful candidate must be happy to handle the full employee lifecycle. This would be a fantastic for someone at a Generalist / Manager level, looking to broaden their skill set.


  • First point of contact for staff and responsibility for managing the HR shared inbox
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment
  • Administer the current appraisal process with a view to redesigning/ enhancing
  • Complete bi-annual training needs analysis and support staff in CPD
  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR management information
  • Manage internal and external audits
  • Administer the Company benefits
  • Ad hoc project work as required
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures by remaining up to date with best practice, anticipating changes in the law and implementing changes in policy/working practices as required
  • Provide support, guidance, and advice to line managers within the business on all HR and ER related matters, in a professional and timely manner
  • Supervise the monthly and quarterly payroll processes and the end of year payroll reporting tasks
  • Responsible for the ongoing management of Employee Self-Service System (ADP) and share scheme system (Sharetrack)
  • Manage relationship with pension providers and notify them of any starters, leavers and of any changes to salary data
  • Support the Head of HR with the annual remuneration cycle, including providing external and internal benchmarking data. Responsibility for creation of annual compensation packs for staff


  • Experienced HR generalist within Financial Services, ideally Investment
  • CIPD qualified (minimum Level 3)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ideally ADP)
  • Excellent written style with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, well organised and deadline oriented
  • A self-starting attitude, pragmatic and able to work independently within a flat organisational structure
  • Mindset of continuous improvement
  • The highest professional and personal standards
