Exciting opportunity to join a well established organisation as their HR Analyst. You will be working closely with the HR Director, supporting HR projects and analyse key data submissions against multiple sources of data to identify trends. This is a hybrid position with requirement to visit Enfield site 2 times per week.

Description

HR Analyst:

  • Reporting directly to HR Director
  • Support HR projects and analyse key data submissions against multiple sources of data to identify trend, issues and gaps
  • Maintaining business data core value e.g. salary review, talent and succession, performance Development review TUPE transfers
  • Covert volumes of data from various challenging sources; including Networks, COINS, iTrent into useablt summaries detailed presentations
  • Research, analyse and interrogate complex finance data agaisnt other challenging sources and produce accurate information

Profile

Successful HR Analyst:

  • Experience in HR Analyst and Reporting Analyst
  • Advance Excel skills e.g. V-lookup
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data with high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Great communication skills
  • Live locally to Enfield
