Family Solicitor

A Financial Times Top 50 Innovative Law Firm is looking to recruit a Family Lawyer to join their Family Law Team in Hove, East Sussex.

This is a permanent and full-time role.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Fellow Legal Executive.

You should have a minimum of 3yrs+ PQE.

You must have the ability to independently run your own caseload of Family Law matters such as:
*Divorce
*Financial disputes and remedies
*Pre and Post Nuptial agreements
*Injunctions/non molestation orders
*Care proceedings and child contact disputes

The ideal candidate should also be career minded and excited about building a Family Law department as this role has great prospects of progressing into a Head of Department role.

You should also be Commercially, and Business minded as you will be expected to partake in strategy meetings and business development to help the growth of the firm.
