HR Reward Advisor French or German Speaking

IMMEDIATE START - HR Reward Advisor - French or German Speaking - Hybrid Model - £20.00 per hour

My client based in Chester is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the Country. They pride themselves on their multi cultural ethos and provide a first class service to their clients across the majority of the globe.
I am seeking a professional HR REWARD ADVISOR - who is able to speak French or German fluently to join their team on a full time basis Monday - Friday .

Your new role

The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday and a Hybrid mode is in place. You will be required to work from the offices 2-3 days per week and free parking is available on site.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to

Provide a first class advise and service in relation to reward queries
Manage a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Drive innovative solutions / workarounds, reducing manual efforts in administration of benefits programmes
Dealing with user acceptance testing, provide testing support as needed
Review of all benefits-related knowledge articles
Create an overview of all current knowledge material and identify gaps
Work with Total Rewards Operations team to create missing documentation
Provide support until market is ready to move to other countries
Support with any other operational activities across global total rewards as needed


What you'll need to succeed

HR Experience
Project management experience
Data analysis skills
Process management and documentation experience
Organised and able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Able to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment
Experience in rewards, ideally benefits
