IMMEDIATE START - HR REWARD ANALYST - 12 MONTHS - HYBRID WORKING - £23.00 PER HOUR - CHESTER

Your new company

My client is one of the leading pharmaceutical organisations in the country and based in Chester. They are seeking a professional HR Reward Analyst to join their team of a full time basis for period of 12 months.
You will be working from state-of-the-art facility located in Chester and the company provide transactional services and functional expertise to a large number of customers and business units all over Europe.

Your new role

The position is being offered on a 12 month term with a strong possibility of being extended. You will be working full time hours Monday - Friday with a 35 hour working week.
A Hybrid model is in place and you will be required to work from modern offices based in Chester 2-3 days per week.
This role will be part of a wider team and has responsibility for execution and administration of the companies total rewards programs. This includes, but is not limited to, benefits (including health & welfare, risk, retirement and savings plans, wellness), leaves/absence management and compensation including base pay, long and short-term incentives, job evaluations and pricing, allowances, one-time payments, and recognition programs.

Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Act as escalation point for HR Advisors for the resolution of total rewards enquiries
Assist with compliance and governance of all total rewards plans and programs including identifying risks, participating in audits and delivering corrective actions
Evaluate and process, system transactions including job requisitions, compensation changes, job changes and one-time payments requiring non-standard calculations
Perform job evaluations, market pricing and provide salary recommendations (new hires, promotions, market catch ups, etc.)
Conduct and participate in Annual Salary Surveys (Compensation Surveys - local & regional)
Interpret salary data and perform analyses to ensure the organisation have a competitive positioning within the market.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of working within a shared service model
Passion for providing a first class service
Some Experience in one or more of Compensation Operations, Benefits Administration, or Leaves Administration for the relevant region
Experience working in a rapid, fast-moving environment
General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws and total rewards legislative requirements for the relevant region
Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
