Your new company
This large public sector company based in Birmingham are looking to bring onboard a Resourcing Manager on a 9 month FTC to start as soon as possible. They are looking for someone who is experienced and ideally immediately available to be able to hit the ground running in this role. The role is 100% remote working and can be based anywhere in the UK. They also offer flexible working patterns and a competitive salary.
Your new role
This role will entail devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and general recruitment activity within agreed deadlines and communicating effectively with all line managers across the business. You will be ensuring the internal and external audit requirements for the company in relation to recruitment processes. You will oversee recruitment processes and make sure everything is in line with current recruit policies and the recruitment code. You will be keeping abreast of all recruitment legislation and case law.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be an experienced internal recruiter ideally from a public sector background. You will need some exposure to ED&I and implementing processes around this area. You will need to have used success profiles in recruitment before and previous experience of managing recruitment including writing and drafting adverts, shortlisting and competency based interviews.
