HR Intern- Graduate Opportunity

Oakleaf are partnered with a boutique Private Equity firm in their search for an HR intern to join the team initially on a 12 month FTC. This is a global firm and will give generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, it's an excellent opportunity to start a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general HR administration support to the wider HR team
• Draft contracts and changes to terms of employment including probation letters
• Support the onboarding and offboarding administration for new joiners
• Ensure that Payroll is notified of relevant changes to enable accurate and timely processing
• Respond to Reference requests and general queries in a timely manner
• Diary management and interview scheduling
• Keep recruitment spreadsheets accurate and up to date at each stage
• Participate in project meetings to report on progress
• Coordinate meetings and materials for the project group
• Support with administration of benefits and comp review
• Accurately update the HRIS system

Key Skills:

• A passion and demonstrable interest to pursue a career in HR
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a reactive and fast pace environment
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• CIPD or HR related degree would be preferable
