Description

As Reward and MI Analyst you will be responsible for;

  • Lead in market benchmarking analysis
  • Provide reward support for all aspects of the Reward cycle
  • Work with Head of Reward to create Job frameworks/systems to assess roles across the business
  • Manage benefit programme/providers
  • Provide monthly MI reporting to the business
  • Gender Pay Gap reporting
  • Support with projects where necessary, including policy development and process implementation

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Experience in a previous Reward/MI role
  • Experience using HR systems
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent supplier relationship management skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Powerpoint etc
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • High level of credibility
