Oakleaf Partnership are working with an extremely well respected global software company to find two Talent Scout's to join their evergrowing team. This will be on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, with their being an option of becoming perminent if you desire to do so afterwards.
Both roles will be on a 180-degree basis, diving deep into sourcing for hard to fill roles. The two roles will be sourcing different candidates. One will be sourcing candidates for tech roles and the other will be sourcing candidates for other more general roles. Volumes of vacancies will vary between 10 and 15 at any one time and you will be expected to manage and create talent pipelines.
- 1+ years experience in sourcing
- 1+ year experience in sourcing for your chosen sector (tech or general)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability and experience of understanding the candidate market
