A Permanent Head of People Services to:
- Develop and deliver HR people plan
- Projects including organisational development and EDI.
- Lead a team of varies job roles
- Mostly Transactions, and Operational HR to streamline and create processes and procedures to be more efficient.
- Developing systems, ways of working, reviewed functions, implementing new ways of working,
- Overseeing case work
- Responsible for overall recruitment activity.
- Leading and supporting the team and setting KPI's
