Morgan Philips are delighted to be working exclusively with Paulig UK (Santa Maria) to hire an experienced HR professional from an FMCG background. Are you an experienced and business-minded HR professional with a positive can-do attitude and a will to share your expertise to benefit the organization? If you are, you might be the HR Business Partner we are looking for to join Paulig HR Scandinavia, Central Europe and UK team – based at the Milton Keynes production site.

They are an organization that is value-based and see the greatness in aligning agendas towards common goals. You will support leaders to engage with their employees around the values, strategies, and objectives of the business. This ensures that all employees are clear on their contribution to the business objectives, making them want to deliver and having fun doing it. You will work with both shared services and centers of expertise in Mölndal and Helsinki, as well as HR colleagues in six other countries.

You will work a lot as a change ambassador. You will be asked to facilitate change management initiatives and partner with our leaders to effectively communicate values, strategies, goals, and performance expectations in our ever-continuous changes. Paulig believe you have confidence enough to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular.

You will have responsibility for HR policy execution, but also a far going possibility to impact the development of the same. Your area of responsibility will also include operational support tasks such as Compensation, Recruiting, Learning and Development and day-to-day administrative tasks such as employee data and requests. You will be involved in the whole life-cycle of employment from recruitment and onboarding process for new employees to the exit process for leavers, and all in-between.

Your profile

Suitable candidates will have an academic degree in HR or equivalent experience. You have at least five years of knowledge and experience of business-close HR and its impact. It is important that you have good knowledge of UK employment law.

To be successful in this role, it is important that you believe in the necessity of the HR function in a successful and value-based organization and a focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of your own and other’s strengths. As a person, you have an ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with leaders and with HR colleagues and self-belief in your personal ability to make a difference to the everyday work as well as strategy. You are analytical, solution-oriented and easy to adapt to new conditions and do not give up even if it is sometimes tough. You are used to an independent way of working and enjoy being a support for managers and employees. Good communication and collaboration skills are crucial to succeed and thrive in the role. We would love to see you in the team as the new HR Business partner. You will be based in Milton Keynes, UK, with occasional European travel when restrictions allow.
