Description
As Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for;
- Work closely with HR BPs and key stakeholders to identify current and future resourcing business needs
- Maintain a Resourcing plan, including reporting on monthly KPIs
- Develop attraction and attraction strategies
- Work with Hiring Managers to ensure sufficient candidate pipelines
- Support operational teams with advice and guidance, training and development, interview techniques etc.
- Line management of 2x Resourcing Advisors including 121s, appraisals etc.
- Manage agency PSL
- Ensure ATS is used effectively
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have previous experience in a Resourcing environment
- Experience managing a recruitment team
- Proven track record in developing resourcing and attraction strategies
- Experience working with Agencies
- Driving License and ability to travel across regions
- Ideally high volume recruitment background
