HR Assistant - 12 months

A 12 month HR Assistant role in Virginia Water pays up to £27K DOE supporting generalist HR teams.

Your new company
A prestigious events organisation in the heart of Virginia Water. Due to upward growth, an HR Assistant is required to support a generalist workload for an initial period of 12 months.

Your new role
Supporting the wider HR team, you will take responsibility for delivering a first class HR administration service to the business, taking ownership of first level support, Recruitment Coordination and systems / people data updates.
You will be responsible for on-boarding processes for all new starters, including contract administration and system updates. You will also ensure that any leaver processes and mapped and managed effectively.
You will also be available to support projects and similar requirements as the business requires.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a fast paced, hospitality and events type organisation and have a keen eye for detail. You will put customer service at the heart of everything you do, ensuring that you represent the brand in an on-brand fashion. You will be highly communicative and ensure that you maintain great stakeholder relationships.

What you'll get in return
