A leading international law firm is recruiting for an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Senior HR Manager for London, this role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR activity along with implementing HR projects and change initiatives aligned to the HR strategy. You will act as Business Partner to the Directors/Partners whilst providing advice on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working directly with Legal and Business Services client groups, building relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor
- Managing annual HR processes and ensuring the delivery of a high quality day-to-day operational service
- Guiding and coaching Directors and Partners in the management of underperformers, absence, and disciplinary matters
- HR Advisory, Policy and Employee Relations operational activity
- Informal and proactive conflict resolution
- Production and analysis of insightful people management information
- Challenging existing HR processes and ways of working to drive up value and ensuring maximum efficiency across all day-to-day activities
- Supporting and influencing HR strategy and initiatives across a number of client groups
- Reporting on HR activity, drawing on HR data and analytics
- Managing and developing junior members of the team
As HR Manager, you will possess:
- Strong ER experience
- Comfortability partnering with the business and implementing projects and processes
- CIPD qualification
- Experience across full range of generalist HR disciplines
- Strong process, project and change management experience
- Experience improving processes and driving value add HR service delivery
- Confident in core aspects of employment law
