Leading waste management company are recruiting for a HR Officer to join them initially on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.

Your new job

In your new job as HR Officer, you will contribute to the delivery of any HR related projects, ensuring all documents are maintained and stakeholders and communicated to in an appropriate manner. You will be responsible in assisting with the introduction of any new employee processes and the maintenance associated with any current process or procedure. You will also be responsible in supporting the Business mangers and Operation Mangers in meetings, including disciplinary, grievance, welfare and long-term sick. This role is primarily based in Manchester but requires the occasional travel to the Wirral 1 day a week.
