IMMEDIATE START Permanent Internal Talent Manager - Liverpool - Full Time - Monday to Friday

My client one of the leading accountancy firms in the UK is seeking a professional Internal Talent Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
My client operates in 17 office locations across the UK, employing over 6,000 people offering tax, audit and assurance, and a range of advisory services. They also operate a global network providing business advisory services in 167 countries.
Your new role

As a key member of the Management Team, the purpose of this new role is to work with the shared service centre Management community to deliver a best-in-class people proposition for the company
The role will be responsible for the ownership and upkeep of all people related processes such as local on-boarding, attraction, retention, career development, L&D coordination and be lead relationship owner with resource providers both external and internal.
You will take primary responsibility for junior level recruitment for all Hubs in the SSC to provide this as an internal service for the operational teams.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Succession Planning
Internal engagement
Creating Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives
Internal resourcing
End-to-end people proposition
Evaluate, develop and deliver new and innovative resourcing models to further enhance the delivery capability
Create an internal candidate provisioning service
Provide internal communications across the shared service centre and facilitate best practice and collaboration for hub-level communications
Own and facilitate critical staff related processes such as local induction, L&D coordination, HR masterdata integrity, enhanced self study programme
Lead pay review, promotions and salary benchmarking processes
Engage teams in the successful delivery of people proposition, leading by example in terms of demonstrating the firm's values and following the firm's policies and procedures.
Play an active role in the Management team.
Attending external events aligned to the people proposition as a representative of the firm.
Actively seeking strategic and operational opportunities and brokering relationships with peers and external contacts as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills with a strong client service focus.
Experience (or understanding) of leading teams in a fast paced, changing environment would be advantageous.
Proven people management experience and experience of managing multi discipline teams.
Strong analytical capability with skills to analyse MI to support the strategic vision and continued growth and development of the proposition.
Experience of working within the Professional Services sector or a similar corporate environment is preferred but not essential.
