Page Personnel HR are working with a global company with offices located in Wythenshawe. They are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to work closely with a Recruitment Manager and facilitate all recruitment for the site. The company have exciting plans for growth. Client Details

Our client are a global company that work closely with airlines across the world. Due to exciting plans for growth, they are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join and support a busy team with volume recruitment across the Manchester site. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their recruitment/HR career or someone with previous experience looking to develop. The role is based in Wythenshawe.


The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Coordinator are driving recruitment processes, responsible for the planning and execution of seasonal recruitment from start to finish, working closely with the HR team, acting as key point of contact, liaising with managers across the business, providing regularly updates and reports, collating MI for reporting, creating innovative solutions, looking at continuous improvement, monitoring market trends, managing relationships with third party agencies, adhering to strict pre-employment regulations. The role is based in Wythenshawe.


The successful candidate will have/be:

  • previous experience in a recruitment role or desire to learn
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • strong administrative skills
  • ability to produce reports
  • computer literate with MS Office
  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • proactive and positive attitude
  • confident in their ability to influence and advise managers
