Based from home with travel to Travel to Manchester, Southport, Leeds, Leicester and St Ives, approx. two days pw.

You will be partnering with a specific area of the business, and will be responsible for brining the people agenda to life for your customers. You will partner with the management teams in your business areas, and provide challenge and advice to deliver an enhanced employee experience and to minimise any people risk to the business.

You will be:

  • Embedded and engaged with your business areas to support them in building organisational capacity and improve business performance.
  • Implement best practice HR policies and processes to support decision making and deliver solutions
  • Be the go to “people” expert for your customers
  • Upskill and coach managers to deliver their own ER case load, and be on hand to take ownership of anything complex and high risk

You will be experienced in delivering the people agenda and be ready to take ownership of your own area of the business.  You will need to build trust with your colleagues quickly to ensure you are soon involved in all business planning.
