Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our Manufacturing client in the Chesterfield area as they recruit for a brand new role to join them! The Senior HR Advisor will be joining this global business, responsible for 3 sites within the group.
This is an opportunity to join a business who are passionate about their products and highly successful in their field. The Senior HR Advisor will work alongside a wider UK team based in Northern Ireland, but work as part of a small team of 2 on site. You will mange and mentor a HR Advisor and report into the site MD.
The role:
Partnering stakeholders, coaching them and supporting them through change
Leading and coaching stakeholders through high volumes ER, performance and absences
Leading and supporting in change project work or group HR initiatives
HR engagement and well being initiatives
On boarding, recruitment and the employee life cycle
Data analysis and HR Metric reporting
Succession and talent mapping
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced HR advisor or BP who can lead on projects, and has exposure to a generalist remit to include HR planning/Strategy. You will also have experience of managing a small team. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards and have experience within an Industrial environment is essential.
