My client owns and manages around 40,000 homes in Warrington, St Helens, Liverpool and beyond, making them the region's largest affordable housing provider. 100% of the profits generated by group members are reinvested into their charitable arm.

They are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their organisational development team on a temporary contract until September 2022. The role will be a hybrid model, but you will be travelling to Liverpool, Warrington and St Helens. The split would be 1 day Liverpool, 1-2 days St Helens per week and 1 day fortnightly at the Warrington site.

Your new role
My client is based in Liverpool is a growth and regeneration group with a strong social purpose. They work in Your new role
You will be the main point of contact across the business. Advising all stakeholders on a wide range of comprehensive people related issues. Dealing with a high volume of ER cases, particularly absence focused. You will also be required to provide support on transformation projects. You will be working with Managers across the company in relation to the recruitment, selection, induction, absence, and any conduct issues related to apprentices.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for an experienced HR advisor, with strong communication skills at all levels. You will have a proven track record in dealing with E&D and IT literacy that will include the full Microsoft office suite. Have a track record in delivering an effective HR advisory service and be passionate about providing a first-class service CIPD Level 5 or the equivalent.
