The Opportunity
I am recruiting for a not for profit in the City of London. They have an urgent need for a hands on Recruitment Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis
Remote for the moment but will need one or two days a week in the office when restrictions ease
To be considered you will need experience of recruiting and international recruitment
This role is paying c £35.000 plus benefits
You will play a significant role in supporting the business with the resourcing and contracting of consultants across the organisation's projects and bids. The role will be fast paced and will require interaction with staff at all levels across different teams
Confidently engages with internal and external stakeholders on resourcing needs.
Leads on and takes ownership of the day-to-day resourcing across projects and bids, including;
Sourcing CVs ,updating resourcing trackers, formatting CVs
Scheduling interviews , conducting required background checks

Understands the commercial drivers of resourcing decisions and can support on fee negotiations where required.
Support the Office & HR Administrator with coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for internal roles, where required.
Support hiring managers by conducting an initial sift of applications and producing a longlist of candidates

Skills and Experience
Hands on recruitment experience c 3 years
Experience of UK and overseas recruitment
Knowledge and experience of using resourcing platforms, e.g. LinkedIn
Experience to match the brief essential
