In this role the Resourcing Partner will be ensuring that candidates and line managers receive an industry-leading resourcing experience. From supporting in the drafting of job descriptions and developing campaigns and adverts, to scheduling interviews and screening, your passion for success and customer-first mindset will ensure stakeholders are always kept informed and engaged

Description

This role covers the full remit across Talent Development, supporting with HR Transformation, Reward and Engagement & Retention - responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with recruiting managers to understanding current and future hiring needs
  • Developing detailed recruitment briefs and assist in the writing of fit for purpose and engaging job descriptions, ensuring new roles are in line with agreed resourcing budgets
  • Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn) ensuring adherence to client branding and Employee Value Proposition
  • Building relationships to ensure long standing partnerships with agency partners and utilise relationships to fill open positions as appropriate
  • Ensuring that the ATS is fully utilised and recommend design enhancements to deliver a market leading candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Contribution to job family salary bench-marking by engaging with external recruitment/search firms as well as published market data and industry-related reports
  • Acting as a "brand ambassador" for resourcing

Profile

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated experienced recruiter, with in-house or agency experience of direct sourcing methods for candidates, across multiple disciplines. Exposure to and use of ATS is essential, as is knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter

Job Offer

A salary of £50,000 plus bonus and hybrid working
