Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a Reward Manager to work on a global basis, taking ownership of the reward function, managing cyclical reward processes including pay and promotions, undertaking project work including working on the company benchmarking and looking to refresh reward data and role grading across the organisation
This role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands on, as well as broader strategic work. You will work with engaged business stakeholders, HR counterparts, and gain international exposure.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Manager role. They will be highly analytical, have strong excel skills and have proven ability to manage stakeholders across levels and excellent communication skills.
The salary on offer is £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits, and the role is 100% remote-working.
