Description
A Regional HR Officer to:
- Provide organisational HR support to the team of Human Resource Partners.
- Support global initiatives and projects
- Provide HR support on: employee relations, performance management, benefits and compensation, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, workforce planning and change management
- Design, plan and implement global HR programs and initiatives
- Identify process improvements
- Lead and support in an operational and strategic manner

A Regional HR Officer with experience of:
- Working at a strategic and operational level
- Strategic Thinker
- Working in a complex / matrix organisation
- Global experience desirable
- Dealing with a fast-paced environment
