A Global Benefits Project Manager to join a global not-for-profit organisation, on an initial 18 month FTC. The role is based in London with hybrid arrangement, available at short notice.

Description
A Temporary Global Benefits Project Manager to:
- Drive the development of the overall employee benefit strategy
- Drive the global implementation of benefit policies and plans
- Be hands on, strategic and operational
- Lead and manage benefits projects and initiatives, e.g. implement benefits standards in each location, develop training on benefits for the local HR teams, set up benefits in new offices, negotiations on benefits etc
- Ensure competitive global benefits programs
- Benchmark and make recommendations for benefits renewals and new benefits
- Analyse trends
- Liaise with brokers and vendors on renewal negotiations
