Oakleaf has a great opportunity with one of the UKs leading Insurers, for an experienced and effective Learning & Development Consultant.
The L&D consultant will work to deliver training across the various departments within the business at all levels. Acting as a subject matter expert to drive the delivery of learning and development, talent development, initiatives within the business to drive high performance
This is an end-to-end role requiring the successful candidate to be a self-starter with a proactive, enthusiastic, and "hands-on" approach, with the ability to deliver multiple streams of activity at pace.
This role requires a candidate with a solid foundation in development and delivery of training, though it is non-essential experience developing early careers is a bonus for this position.
- Experience in any commercial sector in a Talent Development with a proven track record in leading the delivery of people projects
- The ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of seniority, developing trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and wiliness to support colleagues within the wider HR team, as projects and priorities change, to achieve collective team goals
