An exciting opportunity to join a leading, global professional firm who are currently seeking an L&D Administrator, on a 6 Month FTC, to join their successful organisation. Excellent firm, welcoming environment with opportunities for development.

Your New Role

In your new role, you will support the co-ordination and administration of a firm-wide training project. You will work as part of the Operational L&D team on the delivery of key learning activities involved in the current training rollout.

You will help to enable this vision is achieved!

Within this role, organisation and coordination is key. You will be expected to manage your workload, prioritising tasks where necessary, maintaining optimum efficiency at all times. As the firm are international, the role will be high volume and fast paced. The successful candidate will be a HR/L&D professional with previous experience dealing with the below.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of the L&D inboxes, answering queries about project training.
  • Building and maintaining the training schedule to ensure course dates, invitations, joining instructions, pre-course work and supporting material are all available for learners and trainers.
  • Monitoring enrolments and waitlists of all training courses and communicating these with L&D manager, supplier and project team.
  • Generating reports on all learning activity to track all attendance and non-attendance for training.
  • Liaising with external training suppliers to support and arrange the logistics for the delivery of training.
  • Weekly management of attendance tracking and the completion or any online resources.
  • Organising and producing branded materials to support training (including slides and workbooks), ensuring that material is version controlled, professionally presented, and regularly reviewed against industry standards.
  • Managing the rollout of evaluations following training courses or programmes.
  • Design, produce and send succinct and informative communications to training attendees.
  • Working with procurement to raise and manage purchase orders.

  • Support with the management of various Learning platforms to provide system access, material, content to ensure delivery of training.


What You will need:

  • Ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Must be highly organised and have an excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Knowledge of working with HR systems preferred but not essential.
