£43 - £45,000

My client is a leading boutique accountancy firm based in Central London and they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing HR team. They are a well-respected firm with a reputation in providing a personal and high level of service to their clients. The company boasts of excellent training and development opportunities for all employees throughout their careers.

The HR Advisor will form a part of a team of 5 and will work closely with the HR Manager, Partners and Staff. They will be involved in the graduate and shool leaver recruitment process and will ensure the firm attracts the appropriate talent pool suitable for this professional services environment. The successful candidate will also gain exposure in managing office policies and procedures and will act as first point of contact for general HR queries.

The company culture is welcoming and close knit with a headcount of 150 people across two offices in two European cities. The ideal individual for this role will also be degree qualified and will hold a CIPD qualification, preferably with experience working within a professional services company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of gradute and school leaver recruitment process.
  • Discuss individually with trainees their seat preference and liaise with partners across all departments.
  • Target the best pool of candidates through relevant social media platforms.
  • Attend relevant marketing events and recruitment fairs and help build social media image to attract top talent.
  • Alongside the HR Manager, interview applicants.
  • Support on all onboarding/offboarding information such as training contracts, offer letters.
  • Manage Office Policies and Procedures and ensure all documents are kept up to date.
  • Manage the performance appraisal database and make recommendations too.
  • Coordinate exit annual trainee salary review process and liaise with payroll on any monthly changes.
  • Ensure HRIS is up to date.

Essential Skills:

  • Degree qualified.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR and Recruitment experience
  • Extremely organised and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Approachable, confident, and professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen to undertake Mental Health Training
