They are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join and support the People Services Team with growth plans globally. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter with an established background in tech or professional services. Client Details

Our client are specialists in delivering large scale bespoke solutions in a technology capacity. They are incredibly innovative and ambitious. To support their exciting growth plans, they are seeking an Internal Recruiter who is professional, results driven and ideally experienced in a tech or professional services background. The role is based in Altrincham and offers hybrid working. A great opportunity for someone to really develop their career within recruitment and HR.


The key responsibilities for the Internal Recruiter are reporting to the Global Recruitment Lead, working in the People Services Team, attracting and recruiting the very best talent for offices in the UK and Australia. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR to understand resourcing needs across the business, facilitating the full recruitment cycle, taking initial job briefs through to on-boarding new starters, candidate tracking, producing correspondence and assisting the interview process, producing performance dashboards, analysing recruitment data and metrics, advertising roles using various platforms, media campaigns and recruitment events, screening CVs, designing and implementing effective on-boarding plans for new colleagues. The role is based in Altrincham and offers hybrid working.


The successful candidate will have/be:

  • previous experience in a similar role
  • strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • background in technology or professional services is an advantage
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • friendly and approachable manner
  • strong time management skills
  • computer literacy with MS Office and ATS
  • a good understanding of channels available to attract highly talented people
  • a desire to develop their career further through study and personal development

Job Offer
