As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with both recruiters and hiring managers to provide a first class candidate experience. You will support the team in scheduling interviews, candidates screening, ATS admin and reporting.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Admin in Redhill will be:
- Schedule interviews, manage talent pools and take a lead with reporting on key metrics.
- Deliver a meaningful service-experience to managers & candidates involved in the recruitment process
- Create positions, upload adverts and ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
- Collaborate with TA Partners to ensure processes are followed correctly and efficiencies are implemented where needed.
- Proactively suggest improvements areas in our candidate experience
- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment
Profile
The successful Talent Acquisition Admin in Redhill will have:
- HR- and/or recruitment administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Passionate about providing an excellent service to both internal and external clients
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Adaptable to constant change and hence you are flexible and skilled at multitasking
- Ability to work at pace and ensure processes are followed correctly.
