I am working with a global Insurance business on an exciting international Benefits Manager for a 12 month FTC. There is strong potential for longer term or permanent opportunities in this role. The position will be based in City of London based and the business operate on a hybrid working pattern.
Reporting into the Global Reward Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an International Benefits Manager to join the HR team for a project based role to review their current benefits offering on a global basis. The role will focus on driving a global benefits strategy across all international locations. The successful candidate will be picking up an existing RFP process to identify an international employee benefits broker/consultant partner. This role will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of a competitive and centralised core global benefits strategy that reflects current marketplace trends across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will have been responsible for a global policy and broker relationships and would have ideally has exposure to European, Canadian and Asia jurisdictions.
