We are recruiting for an EA / PA on an initial 12 month FTC (with the view of going permanent) who can provide high-level strategic and administrative duties for the CEO to help contribute to the success of this organisation. This is a hands on and varied role where flexibility, versatility and can do attitude will be required.

This is a hands on and varied role where flexibility, versatility and can do attitude will be required.

Description

  • Responsible for proactively managing the CEO's internal and external schedule and diary
  • Planning and scheduling of meetings and organising travel arrangements
  • Being the point of contact for the CEO's office, liaising with both internal and external contacts
  • Proactive administration of all communications across all internal and external channels
  • Proactive management of all social media communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Proactive management and administration of all social media communication
  • Attend meetings with the CEO
  • Coordinate and take minutes at meetings, provision of all relevant information, agendas, briefings and follow up action planning, all to a high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Assisting with organising and minute taking at Board meetings
  • Any other reasonable duty required to effectively and professionally support the CEO

Profile

  • Experienced Director/CEO Level EA & PA
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Highly presentable with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ambitious and motivated
  • Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office (including strong Excel and Outlook)
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent diary management and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Efficient and reliable
