HR Advisor / Littkehampton / West Sussex / Human Resources
An extremely interesting business based in the Littlehampton area are seeking an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
As HR Advisor, the role involves:
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the HR function
- Providing HR advice to line managers and staff in line with Company policy, procedure, legislation and best practice
- Providing an effective recruitment service and assist the management team as appropriate to deliver the service which could include providing advice on job descriptions, person specifications
- Carrying out other HR administration processes to include leavers, pension and private medical insurance
- Advising staff on policies including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave etc.
- Working with managers on the management of sickness absence
- Advising on disciplinary and grievance cases
- Ensuring accurate personnel records are kept in a safe, secure and confidential environment
- CIPD qualified or studier
- Employee relations
- Advising on terms and conditions
- HR reports
- Microsoft office
