Permanent HR BP, Milton Keynes, £40,000-£45,000, Hybrid.

An exciting opportunity for a permanent HR BP, within a rapidly growing and developing, engaging, global organisation.

Your new role
A fantastic opportunity for an HR BP to shape this role. You will report into an HR Director, this is a true generalist HR role, both hands on and operational and strategic:
You will be a true HR BP, responsible for engaging with leaders and responsible for shaping the HR role.
Driving employee engagement and well being initiatives.
Work with operational managers to identify levels and skills gaps and upskill managers.
Interpret and develop HR policies and procedures.
Manage ER cases from end-end.
Manage the end-end recruitment and selection process for non volume recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will either be an HR BP or an experienced Senior HR Advisor, looking to step into an HR BP role. You must have experience in a generalist, fast-paced commercial organisation. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
