Your new role
An excellent opportunity for a permanent HR BP, within a commercial, fast-paced, HR team. This role is a true generalist role, encompassing both strategic and operational HR duties. This role will suit someone who enjoys working with some ambiguity and is solutions focused.
Responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Senior stakeholders and L&D to calibrate Succession Planning and drive Talent Management.
Supporting with the roll out and embedding of employee engagement initiatives.
Being an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion.
Supporting and challenging the recruitment selection process.
Coaching and consulting on HR best practice.
Managing complex ER cases from end-end.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR BP, within a fast-paced commercial organisation. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
