A newly created role with an rapidly expanding organisation!
You will be joining a team of 2 in HR as the lead on all Recruitment for the business. The organisation specialises in healthcare technology and are growing from strength to strength. They are currently operating remotely, with new premises in Oxford for later this year. A great opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for a new challenge.
Your new role
You will take ownership full the full recruitment process, from liaising with managers through to candidate offer. You will utilise a variety of recruiting tools to seek the best talent, including LinkedIn and referrals. Candidate experience is also a key factor, ensuring a smooth process with quality feedback and engagement. You will also work closely with hiring managers to educate on best practise.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous recruiting experience is essential, internal recruitment would certainly be an advantage. You will be used to a busy workload and be able to manager a number of stakeholders and deadlines. Excellent organisation skills are also essential in this role.
