This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing national business based in Tilbury. They are currently recruiting a brand new Senior HR Advisor role created due to recent growth, to work with the leadership and management teams to provide proactive HR support.

Client Details

The client is a market leader within their field who have continued to steadily grow and are now seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their team in Tilbury.

Description

As a Senior HR Advisor your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing generalist and operational HR advice aligned to business plans and priorities
  • Support all levels of ER cases including disciplinary, TUPE, grievance and absence management
  • Support leadership and management through effective recruitment and selection processes
  • Support all levels of line managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with people plans and priorities
  • Coaching all levels of line managers in the development of their individual leadership skills
  • Provide a proactive HR service which includes effective and timely HR innovative solutions that are both business and commercially focused
  • Lead on ongoing projects

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards/ Qualified by experience
  • Extensive experience managing employee relations cases from lower to more complex levels including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Live locally to Tilbury
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
