HR Services Manager

HR Services Manager - Hertfordshire - £50-55,000 plus benefits

I am currently working with a well known, commercial organisation that is looking for a HR Services Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be accountable for providing an efficient, professional and customer focussed administrative an support service to the business and HR colleagues. Managing a team you will be responsible for the following:-

- Guide and develop the team to ensure it meets its objectives
- Provide high quality and consistent HR advice
- Build and maintain collaborative and professionals partnerships
- Proactively review the effectiveness of the service
- Monitor escalation of queries
- Create the strategy and delivery plans
- Monitor customer satisfaction
- Undertaken project work as required

You will need the following experience:-

- CIPD Level 7 Qualified
- Employment Law knowledge
- Significant experience of delivering generalist HR Services in a complex organisation
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of leading a team in a fast moving customer focussed environment
- Good systems experience.
