Page Personnel are partnering with a leading legal business, based on the Wirral, who are looking to recruit a HR and Recruitment Officer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for providing support across all areas of HR and managing the end to end recruitment process.

Description

The HR and Recruitment Officer will be responsible for:

• Managing the end to end recruitment process
• Liaising with external recruitment agencies
• Taking a lead role in the onboarding and induction process
• Ensure all employee records are up to date
• Initial point of contact for all employee relations matters
• Actively participate in multi-departmental meetings
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR and Recruitment officer will have:

• At least 2 years experience within a busy HR related role
• CIPD Level 5 or working towards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
