Do you have proven experience working as a HR Administrator and looking for the next step in your career?
Ashley Kate are pleased to be to be supporting an established consultancy company based in London as they look to recruit a permanent HR Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience and in-depth knowledge of HR.
Salary is £23k - £30k with opportunities to work remotely.
About the role
·Prepare offer and contract documentation in line with offer instructions.
·Adhere to all new starter, leaver, probation and contract change processes ensuring effective and timely administration.
·Enter all employee, job and organisation data into Sage People promptly and accurately to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
·Act as point of contact for Sage People users, responding to queries and liaising with Sage People Support where necessary to resolve system, access or other issues effectively and promptly.
·Produce regular reports (for example, headcount and sickness) and other ad hoc reports from HR system ensuring accuracy of data and a good standard of presentation.
·Carry out all other regular and ad hoc HR administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
·Coordinating training administration tasks, ensuring e-learning access requests, reports and other queries are actioned in a timely and professional manner.
HR Administrator - About you
·Organised and methodical approach to work. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work, particularly data entry.
·Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
·Good level of numeracy.
·Experience in using HRIS including data entry and reporting essential.
·MS Office skills - Intermediate to Advanced. Ability to run mail merges, pivots, use vlookups etc.
·Demonstrates a sense of urgency in progressing difficult matters e.g. offers of employment and actively managing expectations of candidates and managers.
·Proactive in approach and able to self-motivate.
·Able to organise and manage own workload.
·Able to work flexibly on an occasional basis beyond normal working hours.
·Comfortable working in remote/hybrid environment. Suitable home working environment required
