As Recruitment specialist you will be part of the Talent Attraction Centre of Excellence within the Human Resources team. Your key responsibilities will include: managing the end to end recruitment cycle, owning talent pipelining and contributing to the implementation of new projects.

Operational recruitment:

• You will own end-to-end recruitment, internally and externally including sourcing, application & CV screening, video interview analysis and assessment. You will also advise line managers, providing actionable market insight to help shape decision making and influence the overall hiring decision for each of your vacancies.

Talent pipelining:

• Responsible for forecasting & priority hiring needs, working with HR teams and the business. Creating compelling attraction campaigns as well as engaging prospective candidates through a relationship and CRM strategy.

Projects:

• Including: D&I, creating a recruitment culture through training the business based on Talent Attraction, and creating a best-in-class candidate experience.

Profile

• This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter, that has had exposure and worked hiring for roles within finance, sales, marketing and supply chain.
• strong understanding of the current best practice in candidate assessment and are a skilled competency interviewer
• A leader, key influencer and decision maker
• Someone who has contributed to a change programme within recruitment. Who is comfortable navigating within a changing and dynamic environment.
