Page Personnel are currently partnering with a well-established FMCG business, based in Flintshire, who are looking to recruit a People Advisor (HR Advisor) to join their growing team. You will be responsible for providing support and advice to line managers across all HR related matters.

Description
The People Advisor (HR Advisor) will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and guidance to line managers
- Managing a high volume of complex employee relations cases
- Producing reports
- Taking a lead role in the onboarding process
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- Lead the recruitment process
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful People Advisor (HR Advisor) will have:
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Experience of managing employee relations cases
- At least 2 years experience within a busy HR team
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
