An American Investment Management Firm, with a current headcount of 2000 across EMEA and over 8000 globally, they are looking for their next diligent L&D Advisor to join a HR team of 5.
Your new role
In your new role you will, deliver face to face and virtual learning sessions/ training, support the Head of L&D and L&D Managers across EMEA with all L&D related queries and programmes, provide advice and guidance on all internal L&D activities, actively promote&D training sessions and ensure all training is in line with company's guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have a background in L&D, previous experience in designing, coordinating and delivering virtual or face to face training. Previous experience in working with different learning management systems, having a clear understanding of different L&D regulatory regimes in Financial services and managing small end to end projects.
