Job Details
Work closely with the Head of HR to drive strategic output and support the business in all aspects within the senior HR function. A truely holistic HR role encompassing all aspects of HR with line managerial responsiblities.

- Supporting the Head of HR.
- Driving strategic output for the organisation.
- Managing all senior aspects of HR and providing guidance to the HR team.
- Line management responsibility within the team.
Profile
The candidate will have experience as a well rounded HR Manager or HR Business Partner within a blue-collar back ground (ideally manufacturing). They will have the ability to fit seamlessly into an existing HR structure and hit the ground running. Experience within employee relations will help but not essential.
Job Offer
Guaranteed 6 month contract (lots of scope for extension/view to turn permanent if desired).
£40,000 - £45,000.
