Job Details

A leading global Management Consulting firm are recruiting for a Global Talent Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Global Director of People, this role will have two main areas of focus - talent management and onboarding and the delivery of contractor recruitment. Main responsibilities include:
- Global Onboarding Process Management
- Developing and managing a process to successfully onboard and retain experienced hires on a global basis
- Developing and managing differentiated development solutions for talent (programmes, tailored interventions etc).
- Liaising with individuals and teams to ensure training, coaching and staffing objectives are met
- Working closely with Sector Heads and People Partners on Manager and Associate specific onboarding initiatives
- Ensuring feedback is delivered in a timely manner and reporting back on themes to HR
- Closely monitoring progress of each individual and reporting back and designing solutions as needed
- UK Contractor Recruitment
- Ensuring efficient end to end process design for contractor recruitment
- Acting as first point of contact for recruitment agencies, liaising with hem to ensure suitable candidates move through recruitment processes quickly
- Reviewing profiles referred by agencies and via direct channels and providing feedback
- Scheduling screening conversations relevant colleagues and collating feedback with support of a Recruitment Administrator
- Moving suitable contractors onto bench
- Working with wider HR to initiate onboarding process
- Managing development and ongoing review of contractor terms and conditions
- Issuing contractual and onboarding paperwork with support of HR Assistant
- Managing invoicing process
- Liaising with staffing team to understand team requirements on weekly basis
- Ensuring contractors allocated to projects by staffing team
- Acting as key point of contact for contractors
As Global Talent Manager, you will possess:
- Strong education, ideally to degree level
- 4+ years' experience in Recruitment/Talent/HR ideally within professional services
- Experience managing end to end recruitment and/or onboarding processes
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
