Description

The key responsibilities for the Learning & Development Specialist are delivering company inductions to all new starters, facilitating workshops across all levels of business, evaluating learning initiatives and programmes and looking to continuously improve, leading on fresh content, utilising technology enabled learning and design tools. The role is based in Crewe and offers hybrid working.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

• previous experience in delivering classroom-based training
• knowledge and experience of the full training cycle
• excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• strong coaching and presentation skills
• ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
• experience of virtual training delivery would be desirable
• computer literacy with MS Office and in-house systems

Job Offer
