In-house Recruiter Recruiter (12 months Fixed Term Contract), up to £32K pa subject to experience + c1000 bonus +benefits. Hybrid working style with 2 days per month in office in Gloucestershire.

Your new role

As an in-house Recruiter, you will be focusing on partnering with the talent acquisition team, HR and hiring managers to support the full recruitment life cycle. The specific responsibilities are but are not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruitment administration and candidate selection. In this role positive candidate experience is vital but there is also an increased business focus in the job role. For this, you will assist internal stakeholders across multiple businesses to support the attraction, selection and experience at this company.

* Creating targeted recruiting campaigns via various talent attraction sources, social media tools and job platforms to support a diverse talent pool
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR and hiring managers to identify, screen, interview and select candidates. This includes providing guidance and following process with job postings, selection and search criteria
* Working autonomously to provide administrative support including interview scheduling, sending relevant communication to line managers and candidates, and ensuring all recruitment data is up to date
* Management of recruitment systems and tools to ensure compliance, candidate processing and accurate tracking of KPIs
* Delivering high quality, timely results, focused on best practices within the sector to provide a seamless candidate experience
* Establishing and nurture active and passive talent pipelines
* Develop good working relationships across all departments, with key suppliers and candidates
* Taking an active role in contributing to projects within the wider Talent Acquisition team and global Talent team


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to build positive relationships across the whole organisation to gain a good understanding of recruitment needs and requirements.

* Experience of the full recruiting life cycle
* Knowledge of good recruitment practices
* Highly organised, goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and with stakeholders both internally and externally
* Experience in developing and improving processes and ability to navigate in a constantly evolving environment
* Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skill with attention to detail.
